We hired NL Moving twice...can you believe it! The first time they were affordable and performed ok. The second time was a larger move, still affordable but awful. We had broken items and lost irreplacable photos and other items. The owner promised to contact other clients in an effort to find our property and, while I suppose he did as he said, there was no discovery. Additionally, we had a communications failure apparently because he was difficult to contact in a timely manner. Note also, this company owns a series of thrift stores. We, unfortunately paid most of the fee upon delivery but, thankfully, not all. Do not entrust your belongings to this company. DO NOT ENTRUST YOU BELONGINGS TO THIS COMPANY.

Unreliable....hidden costs.....damaged item....didn't respond to complaint.
