New Planet Moving & Storage Inc.

In the summer of 2018, I moved from California to Missouri. The month before I was to move, I signed a contract with New Planet Moving CO to move all my belongings. Traccy Hill, moving company representative e-mailed with an estimate and assured that everything would go smoothly. When the moving truck arrived, the driver started arguing with me that he does not agree with the estimate given and will not start loading unless I agree to increase my payment by almost $3,000. I tried to contact the office, but nobody was available at the time. My local property was sold, and the new owner was to take possession of the evening of my move. The driver continued to argue with me for over 2 hours demanding more payment and would not begin to load until I agreed. I did not have a choice at this time and increased the fee by $500. This was just the beginning of my nightmare. When the truck arrived in Missouri, a different driver opened the truck door, and I noticed that my things had been moved to different section – at the end of the truck - and on the top of everything there was a huge motorcycle on top of my belongings (The motorcycle did not belong to me). I have a witness to prove all this. It was hard to tell which furniture and items were damaged until the driver started unloading them. My desk was broken in half, the couch had missing pieces, and the 80” inch TV was cracked when I powered it on. I filed a claim with New Planet Moving Insurance and over a year later I received a payment of $186.00, which was to take care of my frustration estimated damage of over $5,000. This was by far the worst moving experience I have ever had and will never use New Planet Moving again, nor would I ever recommend it to anyone to use. Victoria Lents

Highly respectable and I’m really happy with the results as well. I was moving from Mobile, Alabama to Reno. And I’ve never used a company before and i thought to try this out and didn’t know if they could come all the way to Alabama. I tell you they made their way in a quickie and moved my things out ASAP. I’m glad I found a diamond company to go to. So long Alabama and thank you new planet for the great help.

No disappointments at all I’ve used them once before this. and all that I have to say is it was a 10/10 job done. They promised to be on time, and they were near sharp on the dot and I’m always given the utmost respect. Truly excellent service indeed and the prices make it even more worth the money.
