So nice to work with them on a simple 1 piece furniture move. Very automated computerized system with lots of reminders. They were very flexible and able to change things with little notice. The guys in the truck were in contact with me throughout the process. They were very forgiving when they couldn't find the delivery address which I had inadvertently put in a backwards. Thanks guys! I am extremely happy with the service provided by Nicky's moving and storage. The reserving process was easy and allows for adjustments. Reminder notices were sent to me so I didn't have to follow up to make sure they were set. They gave me an estimate time movers would arrive when I reserved. The movers also called to let me know when they would arrive. The movers were very polite and professional. Furniture was wrapped in blankets and quickly moved. They worked very efficiently and got the job done. I would highly recommend them for your moving needs.

This moving company was great all around! They arrived on time and were very friendly and professional. They worked quickly and got all my items loaded and unloaded in the estimated time. The men also assisted with fitting a couch and some other large items into a storage unit. I was able to speak to someone directly in the office to confirm when everything was complete. Thank you!
