Norby & Sons Moving Company

Norby & Sons did an excellent job with my move. The crew of three guys were friendly, fast and courteous. The guys respected my concerns about not tracking in debris on my light colored carpet. They were careful with all my fragile belongings and overall did a fantastic job. The only issue I would have liked to see improved was the communication with the office to coordinate the move. I had to call numerous times and leave multiple messages.

Very displeased with the service provided. Two of the three men were hard working seemed to care until they wanted a tip at the end of their shift. Third gentleman came to work smelling like he had been out drinking all night. After about an hour, he did mention how he had been out drinking and was hung over. He had a hard time lifting anything due to his "shoulder being hurt." We still needed to get a Uhaul and move about 40% of our place our selves. The final piece they brought in was my mattress which they snagged on the hand railing and ripped a chunk out of my mattress. Their comment was " I can fix that in 5 minutes with a needle and thread."VERY DISSATISFIED!

I had norby movers move me on dec 8th the arrival time stated on my receipt 9.am they arrive at 10 AM charge me for 3.5 hrs 476$ later was done at 12:50 highly unlikely to reccomend them

I would not use this company. I was happy with the office staff (owner and daughter), however, the movers were not what I expected. They were late, complained about aches & pains, and the worst part, totally stoned. They broke a recliner, and chipped a bed. Also, they didn't bring 5 pieces of furniture, and left 2 items in the basement they were supposed to load. They were unprofessional, and I do not recommend this company.
