I have used Norms for years, and have found them to be friendly and prompt. I had an appointment this week, and got a call prior to the appointment from the crew that they were on their way. The crew never showed. Waited an hour and called the home office, I was told someone would get back to me. No one ever did. Very disappointing and will not use them again.

Very professional and efficient... everything is handled smoothly everybody is friendly and puts you in a comfortable environment. I'm recommending to anyone who needs things moved or hauled away
