There crooks. My grandmothers antique sewing cabinet disappeared, boxes of figurines from Overseas we’re lost. Rhee was no talking to them. After trying to get answers about my missing items, without any luck, they stopped answering the phone. Received much less from the insurance than what my lost items were worth. One of the packers was wonderful the other one did nothing but complain about the amount of things I had to pack. Went back to the company and told them I had more than was originally inventoried and that caused problems between the company and myself. I didn’t have more things the man wasn’t happy with his job and should have found another line of work. Run don’t walk in the other direction !!!!

HORRIBLE company!!!! DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!!!! Got a pre-move estimate and scheduled the move. We called them a two days before the scheduled move date and nobody had scheduled it. There is a woman there named Carol who hung up on me when I tried to call them.

This company has not moved my household goods yet, but has been more than willing to work with me on dates that I needed. Originally, I was told I would need two days for pack-out and moving. My employer did not like that and it put my job at risk. I called North Country, and they were able to get two extra men on the truck and get me packed and moved in one day. I am very impressed with their customer service and hope that their movers take the same care with my possessions. Thank you, North Country!
