From the initial visit to the final follow-up phone call, we have been pleased with everyone at this company. Our sales consultant was informative in helping us understand the options we could choose. She was quick to respond to a question and shared moving tips with us. Our packing team was incredible. They took great care in making sure everything was properly packed from our antiques to my children’s’ art projects. They treated our belongings as if they were their own. Our driver and his loading team did an awesome job of loading our furniture.They took great care in wrapping our furniture and making sure it would not be damaged in the move even our most fragile items. Some people will think I am writing this because everything was perfect with our move. It wasn’t. We did have a few minor glitches and a few items did break. But all in all we had a very pleasant moving experience and would highly recommend Northlake Moving and Storage to others.
