This company was hired by the military for a PCS move to another country. Everything was packed correctly which resulted in nothing broken upon arrival. The movers were friendly. My only minor complaint would be that my make up and perfume (over $800 worth) was packed with shoes, which made absolutely no sense. Otherwise, I had a positive experience with this company.

First off, if you could give negative stars I would. The movers were not professional at all. They just throw stuff in boxes, emphasis on throw, and don't even label them correctly. Next when they cam to pack up the furniture, they marked everything as having some damage, scratched and chipped, on all sections for every piece of furniture. The paperwork was a complete mess and hard to read and understand. I received my stuff from shipment and the company delivering it said they couldn't believe how bad it was packed and taken care of, or lack thereof. Tje boxes were crushed, had holes in them, and ripped. The furniture had chips and scratches with some pieces even broken. The delivery company kept apologizing even though it wasnt their fault. This company does not care about you stuff, to them it is a government contract they get paid either way. I called and told my coordinator to not ever use this company again. Out of 3 military moves with no claims, this will be the first I have to make a claim and by far the worst experience I have ever had.

The military had chosen this company for my PCS... One of the movers asked if he could have one of my hiking backpacks saying, “you don’t need all those backpacks, let me get one” first of all I’m not giving some random stranger my $100+ backpack. So hopefully I still have it when I get my stuff. Also, I’m quite certain that they stole some of my foreign money, I saw one of them showing another some coins, and I didn’t think much of it until I found a shekel on my stairs, when all my money was in bags, and I doubt that people just carry a shekel in their pocket. Overall, if you have the choice in the matter I would not recommend this company, very unprofessional and I was nervous the whole time, and I still am.

Movers where friendly. Packers took special care for my items. Best move I have ever had

awesome move, guys were very helpful and set up my whole house. The owner is wonderful worked with my schedule and I got my household goods early!
