Such a good experience, very gentle with my things. All of the guys were hard workers and worked fast but efficient.
Military made the arrangements, so I thought I'd be dealing with people who valued my time. Boy, was I in for a rude awakening. Terrible service. As other reviewers have said, hire them at your own risk.
I WARN YOU - DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! HORRIBLE MOVING EXPERIENCE!! Horrible owner of the company and foreman who made our move EXTREMELY stressful and difficult. The owner of the company, Ed Saner, demands that the men help with NOTHING in the existing home. Will not help in any way except to unload items. So while I'm pregnant, standing there holding a door, ALL TEN of the men watched as I helped my husband move our front door to make an access for the men. Both trucks with all our furniture arrived in the morning. My husband asked the foreman to move the living room furniture last TO HELP HIS GUYS so that his men can make the way thru the main room to the back room. The foreman got upset and said as soon as the item is unloaded, it must be put into its place and cannot be touched again. Even if it means the men will have to climb over sofas to deliver the rest of the furniture. They are completely unreasonable and very difficult to work with. We had agreed earlier that they would move as much as possible today because my husband took the day off work and tomorrow I will be alone here, pregnant, and trying to handle a huge move. And then, because the foreman could not control his anger, they stopped moving our things at 1:30pm and refused to come back!! The foreman got so upset in the morning, he took the second moving truck with all our stuff AND LEFT OUR HOME! My husband is a surgeon, takes care of people who are dying in the ER, but he took the day off of work to move our things into our home. It is 1:30pm, and the owner of the company, Ed Saner, stated that the foreman left in anger and he will not be bringing the second truck back today. The owner is just as horrible as the foreman. Even though it's only 1:30pm and we took the whole day off!! And they had agreed to move as much as possible TODAY! The crew of men, with the exception of the foreman, were wonderful. I feel bad for these poor guys to have to work with such a horrible boss. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF AND DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY AND CONTINUE TO REPORT THE UNETHICAL AND UNCOOPERATIVE NATURE OF THE OWNER.
