Oakley Relocation LLC

So the pros our guy estimated our move about 1.5 tons less than what it was. My family left before the movers arrived we had confidence in the company since they had great reviews. I had family members at the house when they arrived, the directions given were simple everything inside the house goes to the new house everything outside in the shop and 2 sheds goes to storage simple right. Wrong the truck arrives at the storage unit to drop there first, our unloaders almost didn't want to unload the truck there was boxes of tools weighing over 100 pounds stacked on top of dishes and photos, if the box had fragile items in it we marked it fragile, the unloaders took photos to send to there boss to cover their own jobs. There were boxes opened and rummaged through, we were even left with other people's stuff that moved to another state as well .We have broken dishes and keepsakes from my father that passed away last year. If I took something apart to be moved the bolts were put in a Ziploc and taped to the items I have furniture that has to be thrown away because we don't have the parts to put it back together. The real kicker is one box containing over a grand in merchandise is missing a new laptop 2 printers multiple external hard drives with family photos that can't be replaced. I took 4 people 9 hours to load a pre packed house. The unloaders and the driver were amazing. Oh and I emailed Trevor twice with no response to date and our move was completed last Saturday. To top it off you have to sign that you received all your items even though you have no clue until everything is unpacked if stuff is missing or damaged. If we didn't have to pay the full amount up front they wouldn't have been paid at all. Thank you Oakley Relocation for screwing me and my family we thoroughly enjoyed it .

Ashley did n amazing job estimating our move. It was complicated as it had two stops at the front and two at the back with various things from each stop going to different places. He was quick with the quote and up,front in all aspects. Then he assigned then crew. 1. The packers Ernie (i think??) and Michael. What a real pleasure having them pack! They were so fun and i loved amazing them with my Alexa :) We all had fun listening to music and they worked very fast!! Our stuff arrived safely and though i haven't unpacked everything, it sure seems like they did a stellar job packing. all my kitchen dishes and glasses are in perfect shape!!. 2. The Movers. Kurtis and Justin were as professional as they come. Very methodical and careful with our belongings. They were here when they said they would be. everything was tagged nicely. Both were so nice and worked harder than i have ever seen movers work. Even worked extra hard to get everything in our storage unit. Moving cross state is stressful enough but they took the stress out of it. Thank you so much for getting us here to our new home!!!!!

Our move was booked in Minnesota, so the San Diego delivery was just assigned to us. What a nice surprise, our crew from Oakley Relocation was excellent. They were pleasant, careful and efficient. Tyler, David, Alfonzo and Jeff were all good guys that were easy to work with. I wish we had had them on the midwest end of the move!
