Please for the love of god do not use this company. Use any other moving company. I’ve been looking on yelp to leave a review but this company doesn’t show up on yelp. I’ll try to keep this short for those who will read this in the future. Everything about this company is shady. The day of my move they showed up 6 hours late, and after going over my quote and deciding to add on a few things I really didn’t want to leave behind, I ended up getting charged double the original quote price (originally was around $1,200, I ended up getting charged $3,165 before they would deliver my things). I was young and alone, and the movers extorted me for money saying they’d “take care of my things as long as I take care of them”, which scared me and it was late at night (because they were late showing up) so I had to go take money out to tip them each $25. They lost one of my most important boxes which had a few hundred dollars worth of electronics in it and they didn’t care, and after I spent days driving across the country and got home I had to wait over 4 weeks before they delivered my things. I kept calling and asking and they kept saying they were waiting for a truck, so my things sat in a warehouse for about a month. So please, please choose any other company. I hope this one goes out of business.

Do not use this company to move anything of yours. They were unprofessional and never on time. They broke several things of mine which caused me to cut my hand severely, and I had very expensive items stolen from me. They will go through your things and find valuable items to steal. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!

THIS COMPANY IS RUN BY GRIFTERS! AND SWINDLERS. BAIT AND SWITCH IS HOW THEY MAKE THERE MONEY! IM TAKING LEGAL ACTION!

I wish there was an option to give 0 stars. This is the WORST "moving" company I have ever seen. Communication is terrible, and almost every single box is dented/broken open, even boxes that clearly stated FRAGILE. Furniture is filthy and scratched. I could go on and on it's ridiculous. Do not waste your time with these guys.

I hired US Standard Moving out of Florida for a move from Tucson to Salt Lake City. They sub-contracted Oasis Moving & Storage. Had I known this ahead of time and read the reviews, there's no way I would have gone with this company. Somehow, US Standard has excellent reviews, so I assumed this would all be OK. Move was scheduled for Monday, but on Sunday I received a call that they could not arrive until Tuesday. Then Tuesday it was between 7-11am, then 12-6, then 3-6, then 6-8 ALL. DAY. LONG. They didn't arrive until 9:45 pm and the driver walked in and told me it would be twice the estimate. When I argued because I had just moved six months prior, he told me I should have hired the same company I used before. We came to a better estimate, got loaded up and my stuff went to Vegas. (Also, the after hours "emergency number" they gave me was not answered) When it was time for delivery, they were unable to nail down anything other than a 3-day window. When the movers arrived, they told me it would be an extra $80 for the elevator and/or stairs. My boxes were beat to heck like someone had played a game of rugby with them. I get that it's not white glove service, but I've moved cross-country five times now and never had boxes in such bad and damaged condition. Plus at least one missing box. Even the delivery driver said it's a horrible company and they apparently owe him money. TL:DR: NIGHTMARE, do not use!!!
