From the individual who came to give me an estimate to the actual move day, all went incredibly well. The movers were polite and professional. They put the furniture exactly where I wanted it. Moving can be quite stressful, however, O'Brien's Moving and Storage removed the stress from my day.

We choose O'Brien's because they were highly recommended by the internet listing, that rating was spot on they were considerate and cared for our items as though they were their own, on time and courteous I would recommend O'Brien's to anyone who wants a stress free move in the future.

I'm preparing to downsize from a 3 bedroom to a 1 bedroom apartment in the same apartment complex. O'Brien's was my first phone call. I was attracted to their senior services since I'll need quite a bit of help with the move. A lady (I believe her name was Trish) at their Allentown location returned my call. I started to explain my situation when she interrupted me and said "Well, even though you're moving in the same complex, this is going to be very expensive. We charge a minimum of 8 hours." And she repeated this twice. I couldn't believe my ears and explained to her that I had been in sales my whole life and never had approached a prospect in that manner. I told her I might phone back. She hung up. What O'Brien's didn't realize was that I was absolutely prepared to pay whatever necessary. I had no illusions that because I was moving to a unit in the same apartment complex I'd be entitled to some sort of price break. I'd never use this company.
