Freddy and his crew were amazing! They were on time and very professional. They also were very friendly and speedy at packing. Highly recommend!

The saving grace of this moving company is their actual movers. I was contracted out to this company from a Broker and didn't know it was actually Ocean Moving and Storage moving me across the country until a few days before the move. All of our stuff made it to our place completely undamaged. The guy who picked up my stuff made sure to wrap my belongings well and gave extra care to my Peloton when I asked. My stuff took a little over 2 weeks to get to my apartment so for the price, the timing really wasn't bad seeing the move was from Virginia to Washington. The delivery guys were also great and unloaded everything quickly and were very nice. The only thing that keeps them from getting a 5 star is their main office. I called the office a few times asking for a more specific time frame about a week after my things were picked up but was met with a very unhelpful and uninformative response. I did not call demanding a delivery date I just wanted to try and get a more accurate estimate because I hadn't gotten any communication from them for over a week. I would definitely recommend this moving company to a friend, just make sure you pack your breakables well and understand that you have to be okay with little updates about your stuff until it gets delivered.

Was really in a bind to get moved. Oceans coordinator was a jewel . She not only moved schedules around so we could get out on time but saw we were delivered at our new location. The men working for her were professional and did a great job. Thank you Sherry.

The pits. Absolutely positively the worst. Where would I start ? This company almost sent me to the psych ward for the way they do business. A year later someone in Michigan found a box of mine in their office basement although I was moving from KC to Florida. How's that for service ? Everything they did was wrong from start to well, who knows if it is finished YET ? Use at your own risk. You were warned. I couldn't post this without giving them 1 star - which they don't deserve.

After a last minute relocation I couldn’t be more worried, however ocean moving and storage came to the rescue! I don’t know what all these negative reviews are about but I can say my experience with them was great. The staff was professional and friendly, my items were packed expertly and everything arrived in its original condition. I didn’t even think they were too pricey considering the move was from Florida to NJ. Thanks to Orlando I really appreciate all his help!
