The only thing good I can say is that the two fellas that delivered my furniture were great. However EVERY OTHER ASPECT OF THIS SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE! All I can say is DON'T DO IT. I payed WAY more than the estimate once they put my furniture on the truck, and even more for them to take it OFF the truck. No use getting a brokered estimate...it's a lie and you can't get your stuff back til you pay. They broke a dining room chair, a curio cabinet, an antique mirror, and banged up all three bedroom sets. I will NEVER trust a moving company again. Single most stressful journey of my life. Didn't deliver my furniture for 8 days!!! I would give a NO STAR rating if it was an option. BUYER BEWARE. Steer clear of this service like your life depends on it. They don't care about YOU or your BELONGINGS.

Complete disaster ! Avoid them! My estimate was not accurate. They charged me USD 280 extra for pick up and USD 260.00 extra for delivery! Ryan from Charter Van Lines convinced me that I could trust my moving would be as smooth as possible. Such a lie! They use a Company called OCEAN MOVING and they couldn't be worse! Out of my 10 boxes, 1 was missing. Coincidentally, the one missing was labelled "BAR". The 9 boxes I received were looking like they have been smashed from a TRASH TRUCK! Of course, my dishes, cups and crystals were broken! My sofa arrived with a scratch on the side. My 65" TV broken. Brand New!!! I packed with a TV BOX and covered with bubble paper to protect. I called Charter and they told me to contact Ocean who told me to file a Claim. My total loss was more than 2k and their insurance offered me $100.00. They told me I should get a better Insurance. Of course, I would if I knew they would treat my stuff like trash! Also, they mentioned that they wouldn't pay anything for the box missing because I was not supposed to send a box with liquids ( Why did they take it when picking up the boxes at my place??? ) SO MUCH LIES! I was very concerned and next time I will just follow my instincts. Please don't use this Company if you don't want to go through I've gone.

Their packers are not at all trained, they came in and just paper warped the glass material. didn't even have bubble wrap with them and dumped into boxes. Some items they didn't box pack and those were missing. My dinnerware was broken, Microwave plate was paper packed and kept in box with other items in it where as I had microwave oven box with all its packing so that was also broken. Mirror was broken. Mattress was dirty as they did not completely wrapped it with cloth. On top it they asked for tip and took that from us by asking for it again and again. Very bad service.
