Completely unprofessional. Broke our things while packing. Then damages my baseboards and put a hole in the wall. Promised me it would be fixed. Here we are 3 weeks later and still not fixed. I'm promised phone calls back and never a phone call back. I called again this morning to follow up on why I wasn't called back and why no one has reached out to my realtor to let them in to fix my walls and baseboards. The lady in the office got really ugly on the phone and stated that well he's busy and owns a company.... is she serious? We are a customer, your company damaged my property and have had plenty of time to go fix my wall and baseboards. The house is brand new!!!! If it were their house they'd want their property fixed if someone damaged it. These people are fraud.

Horrible storage service for military members storing there property while stationed overseas. Did not properly store property in actual storage unit. Also, exposed to environmental elements for 3 years!

WORST company EVER! My boyfriend was living in Biloxi and got out of the military back in February of this year. This company has damaged some of our belongings! We finally got our own place here in Michigan and received our items, we are still missing some belongings like half of our section couch, dressers, patio furniture and so on. Please try your hardest to not go with this company! We are beyond annoyed and frustrated.

Luther, Carl and James were fantastic! They unloaded everything quickly and efficiently but carefully. They made sure everything was put the way I wanted it, took the time to make sure things were right and even took a moment to help my girls with something. We had a terrible experience with the packers/movers from another state but once we got here to MS, these guys really put in the work. And to top it off, they made it fun and we all had a good time working. I would highly recommend this company!
