Review:

Was very skeptical after reading reviews but since the military was moving me, I thought I would see how it went. That was a huge mistake. The movers were never on time, broke things, asked us if we wanted to sell things, and even asked me to sign paperwork saying nothing was damaged. They told us they wouldn't pack liquids, I get that, but they sure packed my husbands open alcohol. We are also having to go back and get things they missed packing. In my 24 years, this was the worst move by far! Please if you value your things, ask for another company.

Helpful staff that let me use their hand truck to move some of my stuff. The box truck needed some maintenance which is why I gave them 4 stars

Review:

Employee was very disrespectful and said some curse words I have not heard in a long time, just because he got called out to do something over the right way. General manager assured me that he would investigate, but now refuses my calls. I guess next step is lawsuit.

Review:

I’ve been waiting on 2 checks they said they sent for over 5 months from irreplaceable damage their movers did to our household goods. I had to pay a company to come and pick up all the damaged goods and then pay the land field PER POUND to dispose of it. Table and chair set, a small storage bench, a desk, a bookshelf unit, 5 4-tier shelving units and then I had to replace all of the cables to our televisions, remote controls, and a fire stick - they lost our parts box. What kind of customer service is this?! More so, what kind of owners can sleep at night knowing they string people along like this?
