Everything about my move was easy and fast. I'd highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reasonably priced, professional moving service. Big shoutout to Sam and Richard specifically who helped me with my move. They were parked and ready to start 15 minutes prior to our scheduled time and they got my one bedroom apartment moved to my new place in less than 4 hours. They were efficient and took great care in handling all my fragile / important furniture. Last year, I used a different company to move apartments and that was one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had. I was worried having to move again but this company definitely relieved all my fears; if I have to move again, I wouldn't be worried in the slightest knowing that this company would easily take care of everything.

First I have to say I think these movers have mostly positive reviews because when they receive negative feedback they immediately reach out to 'amend the problem' and explicitly mentioned that I gave them a bad review online. So be weary of the reviews. Anyway, if you work with this mover I highly recommend you call them the day before or the morning of the move to confirm all the details. For our move there was serious miscommunication that caused a lot of problems on the day of our move. The moving crew were not notified that we needed packing services same day as our move (something we had confirmed with multiple of their people ahead of time) so they arrived with none of the necessary materials. Once they went back to get materials there were still some missing, namely the floor protection. This resulted in damage to our brand new hardwood floors at our new place, which is very disappointing. Also even though I (a woman) was the one to schedule and handle communication, the movers would direct all communication to my husband while with us. It feels quite dismissive when that happens and I hope they are mindful of that in the future.

Wherever you go in this region is pricey. However, I found these movers to be very professional- their communication was great which is so important when moving your furniture. They were prompt moving and driving. I’ve used this company 3x and would recommend to family and friends.

The moving experience was exceptional. They arrived on time, were friendly, fast and professional. They worked together well and not only handled everything we needed done but went above and beyond and placed some very large, heavy bins in an attic storage area that was very difficult to enter using the stationary vertical ladder. 5 star experience. I used them when I first moved to Seattle, again recently and will continue to use them in the future and recommend their services to anyone I know. Thanks !
