Update: They just commented... Can you believe that? They say they never gave us service. Just shows you who are you dealing with. Well I uploaded pictures as proof. You think they if a company loses boxes the owner will remember. I guess when it happens frequently you forget. WHERE ARE OUR BOXES?! We used this company for our move from Sunrise, FL to NJ. They lost 3 of our boxes valued over more than $6,000. Out of 90 boxes only the boxes containing our electronics and audio equipment "disappeared" ! As soon as we discovered our missing boxes we immediately reached out to Hugo the owner who ignored us and tried to deny that they did anything wrong, and even tried to insinuate that we are lying about missing boxes. Our calls and complaints were ignored and we had to call and write many emails until Hugo finally agreed to look into our missing boxes and claimed that he doesn't know where they are. After that stopped communicating with us. This company is not professional in any way, movers arrived rushing us and throwing on their own stickers with numbers they made up not doing anything in an organized manner. We carefully marked all boxes with numbers and contents as informed but when the movers arrived they started to use their own sticker system that was not done properly. They rushed with loading our belongings and threw us a peice of paper not organized at all with the list of our boxes. Worst customer service ever, Worst moving company and still have not received our missing boxes or any compensation! All we want are our missing boxes returned to us. We have proof showing that they were in their possession.

I had a great experience using this company. The team that was working were Adrian and Terry. They are the best! My things were carefully wrapped, packed and moved to my new place. I would definitely recommend them!

I had to put some stuff into storage quickly and was lucky enough to come across this company. I received an email requesting details i.e. quantity of boxes, types of furniture etc. Johnnie, who I communicated with was great. My emails and texts were answered right away. They were able to come the very next day for a great price. They set their arrival time to between 2 pm and 4 pm but actually arrived a few minutes before 2. They introduced themselves and went immediately to work. I hate moving because something always breaks, but these guys were terrific. Adrian and Terry did the job quickly and were done by 4 pm. I will definitely use this company again the next time I have to move. I recommend them highly.

This was the absolute worst company! You get what you pay for here! The workers were extremely careless with my things. Destroyed a grill, threw my jewelry box upside down and split it half. Left half of my storage unit because they didn’t bring a large enough truck. Left pieces of hardware and furniture thrown about in the storage unit so they didn’t have to put anything together and going back to find everything thrown in the unit so it’s nearly impossible to find. If you care about your things DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I should have stuck with the company that moved me into the unit. They were professional and careful and neat when placing everything in storage for me, but I wanted to save a little bit and switched. LESSON LEARNED!

Easy move this morning! Guys were on time very professional and worked quickly! I highly recommend using them! Best price I found after getting several estimates. Thank you so much!
