I recently used Oz for a move from NYC to their storage unit and would definitely recommend them to family and friends. I was in my hometown, unable to be there in person for the move. Their team used FaceTime to allow me to "virtually" be there from before, during, and after the move. The team was prompt, efficient, and friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure my items were handled with care and my needs were met- they even shipped me my retainer! They took all necessary safety precautions as well. Oz provided me with ease and comfort during this time. Thank you thank you!!

Oz was a pleasure to work with. John was responsive at all times, the crew arrived on time. They moved quickly, efficiently, and carefully through the house to remove my items to storage. During a slight mistake, the entire company was responsive in resolving the issue; I've never seen such customer service before! I highly recommend Oz to anyone looking to move.
