TRASH COMPANY! Spent over an hour on the phone with Desiree to make my reservation because she kept getting everything wrong. On actual move in date, information was still wrong! Primary number was incorrect, pick up and drop off locations were also incorrect. I was told by Desiree $85 deposit would go towards balance but that was not so. Incredibly misleading to attract new clients. The moving guys were nice but apparently also gave me misleading information. They told me drive time between 2 locations did not count as labor time. They actually took quite long to arrive at drop off location. They wrote down on a piece of paper their start time as soon as they arrived. They told me they would tell their boss they finished an hour early, since I had to pay estimated unloading time in advanced. Upon talking to the boss he stated his employees are not authorized to give me that type of information and that they were just trying to be nice. So companies are allowed to be nice and mislead now? After much going back and forth he would not own up to the information his employees gave me and only refunded half of what was owed. Does not give a damn about customer service, just $. This company is a rip off and should not be in busienss

Great rate and caring, polite workers. I moved a two bedroom apartment into storage, and I plan to use them again when I move from storage to my condo. The job took quite a bit longer than the booking agent thought, so the final cost was more than quoted, but I was prepared that might happen after getting estimates from a few different movers. It still was much less expensive than if I used someone else, and I like to help support small local businesses.

The three guys that did the moving were excellent (Juan, Alex and Javier): Good manners, kind, careful, with good attitude all the time and very hard workers. This was a big and long distance moving, which took from 7:30 am to 1:00 am of the next day, with no stop. They were really hard and responsible workers. Thanks!
