Pack It Up Moving And Storage LLC

I placed a call to Pack it up moving 11/29, with my move date being 12/4 at 1 pm est. "Movers" called me at approx 1:26 to ask for the address. Moving forward these two children ( 19 years old tops) dragged my brand new light gray suede couch against the concrete. They dragged it so long the metal internal structure is popping through. I immediately gave the owner a call and informed him I wanted to file an insurance claim. He stated the contract i signed only obligates him to pay .30 a pound in damages, I informed him then I would like to take the insurance route. Mr Clark called me today and informed me they willing to work with me, I stated I would like to go the insurance route especially because their website indicates they are DOT insured. He then attempted to over talk me and tell me I signed legally binding documents. I stated once again we can either file a claim or go to court, simple. He then hung up on me...totally unprofessional. Avoid these Amateurs at all cost, their prices are a rip off!! They over charge the customers and pay their young stupid employees pennies. Good riddance!

It was outstanding at the level of professionalism, care, and courtesy this company has. I called them a day before my move and they said they would be able to accommodate me and my house to pack our uhaul. The efficiency was outstanding!!! They took care of every item as if it was their own and despite me continuously pestering them with "can you make room for one more thing?" they were understanding and respectful. Highly recommend this company!

What a great experience! Moving and storage is not a lot of fun but the team at Pack It Up is a pleasure to work with...very helpful, professional and fair. Special thanks to Clark, Chris and Travis. I highly recommend using them! I have been doing business with them since they moved my stuff from my apartment into their storage in March and then packed it up for me into a moving container for transport in October. Thanks guys!
