We ran all over town trying to mail two things and get passport photos and ran into a number of issues on the way, we were RELIEVED to find a very smooth process at the Pak Mail. Excellent customer service, Henry was helpful and quick.

Do yourself a favor, get quotes before going there. The price can be ~twice compared to other shipping places nearby with the same shipment. I think it depends on the owner’s mood and your luck

100% awesome , so friendly down to earth I came there with bikes for Fedex shipping and Fedex office store from down the street was a pain and had all kinds of reason's they would not accept any packages I boxed at home, I always thought i had my packing the way they wanted but had gotten denied they refused a person before me as well, The last time there after not taking my pre-printed labeled packaged again, on the way out being refused a customer came up and recommended I take it to Pakmail. they would even help you bring in your large scale items. next time I'll come and have my bikes boxed and ship
