These guys! Wow when Carey talked so highly of your movers I was skeptical but it not even 30 minutes into my move and it was easy to see why! Will be calling again in July.

Hire these people at your own risk.Them most unprofessional company I have worked with yet. I hired this company as a result of good reviews online.I was in communication with one Jason.The move was from Massachusetts to Texas. I put a down payment of $500 because I didn’t have much to move.Later had a change of heart & attempted to make calls to let them know I would not be relocating.The calls went unanswered.I emailed them twice to cancel the move.They didn’t show up but refused to refund my money despite sending several emails.I paid this money on July 26th & till date, no one ever contacted me .I cancelled At least before 3 days prior to the move, which is what’s required to get a full refund. They don’t respond to calls or emails.Bunch of thieves parading as a reputable business.Hire at your own risk.They stole from me!

The phone numbers do not work and they do not contact their customers. They will store your items which is absolutely fine. But not pay the bill and be in auction status and the customer is no where on the account.

Working with Palm Beach Movers was a total nightmare. Everything that could have gone wrong did. Moving day was understaffed. They didn't have enough people or supplies to do the job. I had marked my belongings for two deliveries: the first to include only the bare necessities and the second to include everything else. Items that were marked for initial delivery were thrown into unmarked boxes and couldn't be identified for that initial delivery, which had to be rescheduled twice because they couldn't figure out what to bring. When I insisted they deliver all of my property, the movers said they would not unload the trucks unless additional funds were wired to the business. Once my property was finally brought inside, much of it was damaged or irreparably broken, unable to be repaired. Three out of seven boxes of my grandmother's china, labeled as FRAGILE on all sides of every box, had obviously been dropped, shattered from the bottom up. In addition, my china cabinet, glass drafting table, and multiple lamps, various pieces of furniture, sentimental items and decorative assets were smashed, ripped, banged, scratched or crushed. Many items were tossed into boxes with no paper or padding whatsoever (I had paid for "premium packing and unpacking" -- the unpacking never happened). Email requests for the insurance claim form/process have yet to be responded to, even though I paid for full insurance coverage. The lack of response is not surprising, as that was par for the course throughout the entire process. I do not recommend Palm Beach Movers to anyone looking for an efficient, fair, complete and professional move.

The first day, the movers arrived 8 hours beyond what we were told by the Palm Beach office. The movers stated that the time promised was impossible as they were on a project in another state. They took forever to load, moving at a very slow pace and stated they would be back at 7 am the next day. They showed up 4 hours late for the second day and finished at 6:30 pm. They then told us they would be at our new home which was 8 1/2 hours away the next morning at 9 am. So after awaking at 6 am that morning, my husband and I drove through the night to our new home arriving at 3:30 am. This placed us in a very unsafe situation. The movers on the other hand stopped along the road and slept, again arriving late at our new home. They damaged several pieces of furniture, broken glass shelf’s, broken lamps, refrigerator had large scratches and dents to name a few. We used this service due to the positive reviews and wanted to make sure our experience was available for others before they commit. We definitely would not recommend this company to anyone.
