What a job Rob and Ben did in coordinating our move! We have moved numerous times and this was bar-none the best one yet!

After working with Ben for our move out of the Palm Beaches to NJ I must say I have regained faith in the moving industry and its employees. Not only did they deliver in 2 days but they also helped us even when we had a strict deadline and with 2 weeks notice only! Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Palm Beach Movers broke contractual obligation pertaining to my move delivery date and time, provided false information to me about the status of my move, and is holding items from my move hostage with no sign of having them returned to me. -This company failed to keep me informed on the status of my move, and arrived 2 days late, after several days and 1 in-person visit to their office demanding to know the whereabouts of my items. -I had purchased furniture wrapping, furniture disassembly, and wardrobe boxing. About $2500 in items arrived damaged due to having not been wrapped or disassembled properly as per the contractual obligation. -Palm Beach Movers repeatedly shared misinformation on item delivery status during item transit from the pickup location to the delivery location. -80% of the boxes moved were severely damaged, as well as some items inside. -The company was contacted within hours of the drop-off regarding missing items; I have contacted the company numerous times to rectify the situation, and I had gone out of my way to be available at my home during several drop-off times that I have scheduled with Palm Beach Movers. After 30+ days of waiting for these items, Palm Beach Movers has not dropped off the items and I am unable to reach them due to a full voicemail box and no answer from the company line. All of these reasons have been cited in several official reports to relevant local and federal agencies, with time and date-stamped proof of every instance of communication and accompanying photographs pertaining to my experience with Palm Beach Movers.
