This business I have referred countless people to because in the past they where responsive and professional well I guess that has changed. We called and scheduled with them to move at 5 pm on a Saturday because that is when they told us they could come. They then called at 10:30 and said they where headed that way. I told them that we where not ready and that they would have to come at 5. We hung up at 11:40 he called me back and acted like I had not even told him 5 and he said he could not wait and would not come. He then told me if they could not come when they wanted to that they would not even do the job. I am a home builder if they treat me this way I can only imagine how they would treat you. I do not understand the lack of professionalism of companies like this it blows my mind. I hardly ever write reviews but this is ridiculous!

Did not have the best experience with Palmetto Moving. They were 45 mins late to start. Several pieces of furniture had paint transfer on them from the wall's/trim. Those items I can understand, time gets away from you and moving in small accidents will happen. Unfortunately they also left a good sized scratch on my hardwood floor in the living room. But the thing that really frustrated me was that one of the movers used the upstairs bathroom, clogged it, didn't tell us but instead locked it and closed the door from the outside so I had to take apart the door handle, we didn't have any of the interior door keys in our new house yet, only to be surprised by a clogged toilet when i got in. I tried reaching back out to them several times the week following our move and never got a return call. I would recommend looking elsewhere for your moving needs.

AMAZING crew!!! All three young men were very polite and professional from start to finish, despite a 10 hr day in 100 degree temperatures. We have HEAVY furniture and they definitely knew how to handle it with TLC and no damages. We have used Palmetto three other times and will continue to recommend them to everyone.
