Excellent moving experience

Parks Storage and Moving was the local Untied Van Lines carrier for my recent move from Canonsburg, PA to Ocala, FL. The Moving Coordinator, Kim Falk, was excellent. She kept me up todate through the entire move. I feel that my move went great. There was a short delay on the delivery side of my move, but all in all when you consider there is a shortage of long haul drivers in the USA, my wife and I are very happy. Especially like United Van Lines straight talk bond total. The price I was quoted was the price I paid. I also liked the "money back" on a late delivery. I got $300 back because the delivery was 3 days late.

This is a horrendous company. Chaotic, disorganized and completely disrespectful of your items. They will make your move far more stressful than less.

Excellent moving services! We were very pleased with the prompt coordination, packing and delivery of our items. We even eliminated a day of packing because the staff was so efficient! Service was outstanding and thank you for everything - our move was a success!

They just moved our stuff from PA to GA. There is WAY too much stuff missing for it to be coincidence - not cheap stuff either. Since they do not make a detailed inventory of what is in each box, there is no way to prove that it was taken or mishandled. A big picture arrived broken, we still have not found a glass globe for a lamp. I assume it was broken and tossed figuring we wouldn't notice. A good piece of jewelry is missing. You can't take everything of value with you. I'm so glad to get the $%^&* out of Pittsburgh, I guess this is the price I paid. I wish we had picked the other people who gave us an estimate...
