Warehouse reinventoried 4000lb shipment wrote mattresses as short due to the numbers being inside cartons driver had to tell him to note on exception sheet that they in fact received but had no numbers

If I could give them below a 0 rating I would. They ruined and broke my items. Movers complained that they weren’t even scheduled to work. Then packers just left after a two hours and only 2 returned the next day. Overheard movers threaten supervisor to go to the “owner” because they had to work that day. There was paint all over my items and items were unwrapped and unpacked after they left our house. After 7 moves, I have sustained MORE damage in this 1 move than all 6 previous. When I called and asked about the claim process, individual treated me as an inconvenience. Angry beyond measure, they deserve to go out of business.
