Paul was very helpful and accommodating to ensure I had a seamless move of offices. I also used his company to move homes and my family has also used his company to move their homes. I would use him again and have been very pleased with his crew and his honest, hard work.

Paul was great! I had a last minute hoisting job I needed done in the North End, and Paul was friendly, on time, and charged a completely reasonable fee (less than some others were asking). The job was done in less than an hour and it worked out great. Thanks Paul!

Hired these guys for 4 hours and all the 2 guys did was complain. Got the truck loaded and brought it to the storage locker where they unloaded (note I am disabled and should not be lifting but did at times anyways just to keep things moving) but when I mentioned the next trip should be the last one one kid snapped back “we have to go back?”. After we unloaded I got into my Uhaul and they into their personal car, they took off first but I didn’t think too mucbof it at first as they had my address so figured they would meet me back there as I clearly stated there was one more trip. I waited at my apartment with my elderly mother and my two kids for twenty minutes before calling Paul himself to find out the guys left! At first Paul said he would take care of it and seemed accommodating but it was all a lie! He called back and stated his guys said we told them to leave! I got on the phone being the one who was face to face with them and told them I said no such thing and being they arrived an hour late to begin with and left after only two hours with more to move there was no way in hell I would ever tell them to go ahead and head out! Paul stated he believed his guys and of course he would because that meant he kept our money, not to mention the just threw out belonging into the unit damaging and completely destroying items of mine, my mothers, and my children’s!! Never again and honestly there will be court action on this one because this is no way to run a business scamming people out of money with careless workers who lie!!

Unprofessional movers and terrible work ethic. I felt like a nanny who had to deal with workers complaining bout their career choice. Not to mention they also complained about Paul himself. The so called guy in charge told me that Paul is an alcoholic and a scam artist. They damaged a $10k printer, walls and products then complained when it began to rain and then just left. Paul himself is a pain to deal with I had to yell at him to get points across. I had to do the same with the workers and one tried to tell his coworker he was going to fight me. I suggest people don’t hire this company and if you don’t sign until he agrees to pay for damages. Also make sure you keep a close eye on your property some have sticky hands.

I needed a sleeper sofa hoisted and Paul's Moving did exactly that. No hiccups, was available on short notice, no damage to the sofa... Would use again.
