Peachtree Movers

Move went smoothly. They were quick and responsive to address a couple of minor problems.

Moved 1 bedroom - 4 pieces of furniture. Movers arrived with incomplete tools -- I had to run out and get a tool for them. They dropped the bed out of the back of the truck and damaged it. When they went to put the bed together they didn't do so properly. They also drove the truck into the fence at the new building and damaged it. For the price -- they charge for 4 hour minimum -- it was not worth it and I would never recommend them to anyone.

I have used these folks 3 times, that should say it all!! They are great, on time and pleasant to deal with. All the guys that were on the job were excellent!!

This company's moving services were a nightmare for us !!! Our move was scheduled for a Saturday & on the day of - the movers were a no call no show. After hours of us reaching out to them, we were told that our move was accidentally cancelled by Julie Hughes. Finally our movers arrived at 2pm - even though our move was scheduled for 9:30am -1:30pm. 3 movers arrived, of which only 2 were working, while one was throwing tantrums and yelling at his coworkers for HOURS while moving my things in the hallways of my condo building. Finally we were sent another mover, & fINALLY the guy assisted the other 2 diligently working movers. So essentially a move that was scheduled for 3 hours - turned into 8 hours. My building, like many other condos/apartments, requires people moving to reserve the service elevator for a 4 hour period time. If someone else had a reservation at 2pm - my entire moving plans would have been ruined because of Peachtree city movers. All in all this was a horrible experience and they barely did much to rectify it when we called in. As a matter of fact Julie tried to deny that she was the reason my move was cancelled, even THOUGH WE SPOKE TO JULIE THE DAY BEFORE OUR SCHEDULED MOVE!!!!! LETS not even mention the exorbitant bill of over $1300 + $160 for A 2 BEDROOM CONDO !!!!!!! PLEASE BEWARE!!!!!!!!!

I'd use again- customer service to schedule was easy and they communicated well prior to move date. Movers arrived on time, careful with furniture, nothing was broken. - Thanks!
