Madeline helped me out very much so I was confused about not taking cash anymore and she explained where I could go what I need to do made everything real easy and spoke in a calm manner that was really relaxing cuz moving is stressful so I really appreciate her and hopefully you do too and give her a raise

I finally made it into the storage rental office and met Madeline in person after speaking with her several times on the phone. She was very helpful both on the phone and in person. She personally made sure my gate code worked and walked me to my unit and showed me how to open it and lock it securely. Great customer service, thank you!
