John and his staff were excellent. His team moved us from Ann Arbor to Fairhope, Alabama. His pricing was very economical with all this encompassed. His team including Joe, Brad and Jeramiah were outstanding, we could not have had a better group of guys moving us!. They are hard working, efficient and yet delicate when needed relating to those special items you own. Asked John to quote moving us from Oxford to Lenexa Kansas. He came in looked over our home and what was being moved and gave a very competitive quote which was not to be exceeded. His crew showed up on time (very nice guys) wrapped everything very carefully. No banging of trim or walls no damage to or current home took place. In Kansas again they showed up on time. Two guys again very carefully unloaded truck placed everything where my wife wanted it. Not a single thing was damaged. The guys busted their buts got the truck unloaded the same day. Can't say enough good things about Personal Touch Moving.

From start to finish, our experience with PTM was excellent. Our move was an out of state move and required coordination with the movers so that we were available on the receiving end when they arrived. We told them when we would be there and they scheduled the move in accordingly. The move went very well. Punctual and professional. Very careful with the handling of our belongings at both ends. No hidden fees. No up charges. The quote for the cost of the move was the same as the actual cost. They made the total move a pleasant experience.
