Personal Touch Moving

Very impressed with this moving company. They promised and delivered what other companies couldn't. John the owner was quick to respond, came out and gave me an estimate in an hour from when I called (and it was less than everyone else, including car transport), and that was exactly what I paid. I had my own dedicated truck. My movers were Keith, Kenny, and Jeff and they were very professional and careful, they made sure to protect the carpet and the walls. Nothing was damaged. I was able to be packed and moved from Michigan to Georgia in 2 days. I would highly recommend Personal Touch. Moving is stressful as it is but using these movers was relatively the least stressful part. If I ever have to move again, I will definitely use them.

We moved from Michigan to Kentucky. We had to obtain three quotes from three separate companies. This company was the best by far and they completed a walk through prior to ensure their quote was accurate. I was thoroughly impressed with Keith and Josh. Both of these gentlemen took their time, answered questions and were personable. These two gentlemen made this move smooth and easy. I couldn't have done this without them. I am extremely grateful.

What a great experience! We had a big job of moving 2 apartments full of furniture into 1 house with stairs. A 3 man crew was sent (Shawn, Steve and Todd) and they were great! Super nice and professional, and they did an awesome job. Nothing got broken or marred. They worked non-stop! They took apart all the beds with drawers and completely reassembled them after they were in place. They asked questions and communicated with us every step of the way to make sure everything was how we wanted it. Floor protection was used and they even protected the banisters and their equipment so nothing got scratched. My parents also used Personal Touch for their long distant move several years ago and they also had a great experience. The owner, John Drake, is a great guy and I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a professional moving company at a very reasonable price!
