Don the warehouse manager at Pickens Kane is probably the most real and "salt of the earth" person I've ever met...I wish I could have a beer with him.

Thank goodness that is over! Buying your first home is stressful. Its even more stressful when you have to renovate a fixer up for a few months after your lease is over and you have to store all your earthly belongings while you live with your family. Yea not fun. But Pickens-Kane made it tolerable. Their storage services were really convenient and affordable. They picked everything up in one day, stored our items in their vaults and last week they delivered everything safe and sound. I am glad its over and I definitely recommend this service to anyone else going through a transition and is in need of storage.

The movers were so wonderful. Jose and his crew of 3 movers busted their butts on my rather difficult move and saved us money, yet were very careful at the same time. We went from a 3rd floor walk-up to a 2nd floor apartment and both had narrow stairwells. They were real athletes maneuvering the tight stairwell but never touching the wall! Our new place had brand new hardwood floors and they made sure to put protection down to keep them looking so good. After finally finishing unpacking all of our belongings (two weeks later!) I can happily report everything arrived safe and sound. Overall, easiest move of my life and I am glad its over!

Great experience all around! Our salesperson Jennifer, customer rep Kathy, and the movers lead by George were all so nice and responsive. The move was really efficient and all of my belongings were packed and moved safely in 4 hours! Overall highly recommend.
