Excellent service Staff has great manners

Piepho Moving sent an estimator to our home, and he was professional, courteous, and meticulous in cataloguing our personal items to be shipped. We received an emailed estimate within 24 hours, and plans were made for the shipment. On load day, the Piepho folks and Allied Semi driver arrived when they said they would, were courteous, efficient, and professional. The driver and 6-man load crew walked our home and workshop with us, laid out the travel paths for loading, and protected the floors, walls and doorways prior to moving our goods. Even though we struggled with getting a shuttle truck up a very steep gravel driveway, everyone kept their cool, and we all persevered. On the delivery end, the driver and 3-man crew also protected floors, walls, and doorways, and made short work of unloading us, even navigating a steep concrete driveway and ramp up to the house with hand trucks, all without complaint. We highly recommend both Piepho Moving and Allied Van Lines for any moving needs the reader of this review may have!

The pre- move inspector Mr Frank was fabulous and did not miss a thing !! The pack and load crew was the best in the business , each crew member knew his objective and once deployed , they were all business and made things happen .... No messing around , which we like to see !! The unload crew was equally valuable , and very accommodating, very polite and put my wife at ease ..... we have quite a few things that are rare and antique , and only the best care was taken on every step of the move !!! My wife and I have moved several times in our lives and this crew was very professional , very courteous, and took great care in everything that they touched. Anthony was our driver and he was superb! Courteous, knowledgeable and careful with our items. Excellent guy!! The load crew was also wonderful. Quick and did great!
