The driver and local staff were good. The labeling on the boxes could have had a little more detail. This way we wouldn't be looking for something and it's in a box that you wouldn't expect it in. This is minor though as the move out of our house was as good as a person can expect. The move into our new one we had one of the local crew not show up. But the driver was on top of this and did all he could to make sure this went as planned. I would use Piepho Moving & Storage again (through Allied).

Bunny and John were true pleasure from start to end. Very professional and everything that they did. Kept us informed every step of the way.

Phipho did an excellent job on our move from Minnesota to Iowa! I would highly recommend. If we ever need to move again, I know who to call!

I don't know what come to a professional "packers" mind when they take personal items to use as packing material. For example, a handmade, hand sewn quilt used like a moving pad to wrap speakers. Or..a towel taped around a fragile item as a moving pad. When you remove the tape you ruin the towel. Or even my bedspread taped around a piece of pottery now the bed spread is ruined. Paid huge money for packing, storage and moving. Will never use Allied again. What happens when you "nest" lap shades? The one on the inside is ruined. So you have to buy a new pair. Horrible packing. I suggest you look elsewhere. Just some of the issues I experienced.
