I will not give them a single star even! They know how to add hidden charges. Mark was very experienced who intentionally put very lower estimated weight in contract to attract me but after delivery he added lots of hidden charges which were not discussed or mentioned in contract. They know how to earn money by their tricks. Kato movers are truthful and they gave me good quote with perfect estimated weight. Was my first moving and I had no clue for their weight trick. No one should go to Piepho movers! I have submitted claim of broken stuff few times but no one has reached out to me in months!!!!!! 0 star!

Worst Worst Worst Moving Company! This place is a joke and they ended up having to pay thousands to replace items they damaged!! Completely negligent and horrible. Please ignore the five star reviews, I am quite sure they are not legitimate. If you want your stuff to arrive broken, if you want to be ripped off, this is your place. If not, go somewhere else!

We had a GREAT experience with Piepho Moving and would highly recommend them. They gave us a competitive price that was less per hour than their competition in town. The owners came out to assess what we had to move. They did a walk through and provided us with an understandable estimate. The movers ended up charging us exactly the same amount that was quoted to us for the final payment. The crew we had was led by a man named Chad who was professional, personal, and funny. He made the whole experience fun. In addition, he and the other movers were very careful with our belongings. They arrived on time and loaded in 2 hours and unloaded in 2 hours; very quickly. We were a bit surprised at the size of the truck they used. It was a bit small and our belongings were jam packed into it. We ended up having to carry a bit more in our car than we had planned on. We were informed that they were experiencing a high volume of business right now and out of their larger trucks. However, we were able to get all our belongings out and into our new place without any trouble thanks to Piepho Moving's help and work. Again, we have to say we had a very good experience and would definitely recommend them.
