Company delivered what they promised and employee did the extra mile which I really appreciated as a customer. One thing that even stood out was the communication between the team and myself which was exceptional and great. I got a notification when they started, what was going on and when they were done. Couldn’t be more satisfied as a customer!!!!

This was our second move between states and our experience with Planes United was far better than our first move with another company. Everyone we interacted with was professional and friendly. Tom and his crew who packed our home took great care in protecting our belongings. Scott and his crew who delivered our belongings to our new home were also great. Very professional, friendly, efficient, and courteous, we are grateful for their hard work. They would be who I would call if we move again. These two crews made moving our belongings far less stressful than it was for us with another moving company.

I had a great experience with Planes Moving & Storage helping me move out of my college apartment. They were very professional and fast, even with moving in the rain up and down lots of stairs inside and outside of my apartment. Highly recommend using this company, and I will definitely consider using again in the future when I move again!

We hired Planes Moving & Storage for our recent move to PA. Scott, the owner operator was fantastic! He had Tim and Stevie on the job with him and they too were great! They packed and loaded two trucks in one says time. They were so pleasant to work with and very professional! Not one thing was damaged! We have used Planes twice now and they have always taken good care of us. I would highly recommend Scott and his crew! The office folks for Planes are awesome too, including Aaron Weeks. Scott, Mark, and Randall were very detailed when wrapping and protecting our furnishings. They were very thoughtful and careful when trying to maneuver very heavy and larger pieces of furniture up and down stairways. There were no damages to anything that was moved. I would recommend them to my family and friends. Thank you guys! Dan
