Everything about the move was excellent. Great communication by Nick and Meagan before and during the move. Matt, Brenda, and Randy worked diligently and carefully to pack and transfer my items among 3 locations according to my instructions. Nothing was damaged. I will definitely use Planes again for future moves.

Noah and B were efficient and professional. They worked very hard to make the move an easy one for us. They could not have been more positive. I would rate both of them a 5. Jennifer kept in contact with us through the whole process and was very helpful. She kept reassuring us every step. Over all I give the move a 5 and have already recommended the company. The gentleman moving us were great. Polite, professional, asked questions, worked efficiently, patient, and never once looked like they wanted to roll their eyes when I had a request. Joe was an incredible team leader and he had a wonderful team. The whole experience working with Planes was easy from the initial phone call, to the virtual assessment of our furniture needing moved, to the coordinator of the move and then to the gentlemen showing up to make it all happen. Would highly recommend Planes team.

Would highly recommend Planes. Not only was their pricing much more reasonable than other companies, but they were very helpful and responsive to all the Questions we had leading up to our move. They were about 15 min earlier than the hour time frame window we were given, which was awesome! The movers were very nice and hardworking, you could tell they weren’t trying to take advantage of you and worked at a nice pace. Even with our grumpy neighbors, they kept their cool and were very professional! Everything was in the same condition as prior to the move and was in the rooms and places we wanted! No complaints here! If you would like a stress free move, choose Planes!
