This place was so bad.

They don't even deserve one star. This was absolutely a horrible experience. The estimate they provided to me for the move was way off. I was told my moving costs would be $1200, I ended up paying 2,580. My moving day was to be on a Thursday, I was all packed and ready. I waited and waited, nothing. I then called them, they told me someone would let me know exactly when they'd be there. I waited for over an hour, then finally someone called and told me they will not be making it. They'll be there on the next day. When my furniture arrived at my new residence quite a few items were scratched up. My TV stand was also missing the glass slides. I called one of the movers who told me he had the slides and would send them to me via UPS. I never received the slides. I would never recommend them for any move whatsoever. They're dishonest, misleading and unprofessional.

Terrible customer service. I called for information and the operator was extremely rude and not helpful. She told me to call someone else because she was extremely busy and did not have time to answer my questions. Not very good for business if you ask me....
