Dan and his crew are AMAZING! My house sold quickly and we had very little time to pack up and move. They were on-time, efficient and made our chaotic move much smoother. Not one item damaged and boxes were put in the rooms as they marked without fail. Thank you Dan for everything you did for us.

NOT RELIABLE..... TRIED TO BLAME ME FOR NOT SHOWING UP!!! On Monday I confirmed my move after I became nervous after receiving a call/Voicemail on the Saturday before my move from another mover that the person I had hired was asking another moving company to do my move on a different day than I had reserved. I called and left a message to that person saying NO I can't move on Tuesday. I then received a call from Dan with Powerhouse (6 hours later) asking if I could move the day before (TUESDAY) I had already scheduled with him a MONTH before my move. ANYONE moving knows that calling the SATURDAY before you move on WEDNESDAY is a busy day getting all the loose ends complete. I am a single mom who has to work a full time job. I only get 2 weeks PTO I had asked for that specific day off work. No I said I can't move a day earlier. I then called on Monday morning because I had a gut feeling it wasn't going to go well. Dan assured me that I was on his list of people to call and confirmed with me that he would be moving me on WEDNESDAY @ 9:30AM. HE NEVER MENTIONED HE WAS HIRING ANOTHER COMPANY TO MOVE ME. Monday and Tuesday I'm busy working my job and trying to finished everything to get ready for the move. There was a voicemail from a mover on Tuesday but as I had confirmed with Dan I didn't even listen to the entire message as I had used Home Advisor to find this mover and I thought another mover was calling to give me a quote. So Wednesday comes. 10:00am comes and goes. I call Dan it goes to Voice Mail. 10:30 am comes I call; Dan answers. I ask him what the ETA is. He said he would call me back. 11:00AM comes he hasn't called back I call him back. He says. Oh the guy doing your move never heard back from you so he assumed you had found other arrangements.....REALLY!?!?!?!?! So the person who called on Tuesday was doing my move and Dan didn't think he should mention that someone might be calling to confirm on Tuesday when I confirmed with him on MONDAY? I flat out asked him. Will you be able to help with my move . He said I'm 300 miles away I can't do anything. BAD BUSINESS. I then had to pay another company who could fit me in that moved me at 4PM on the hottest day in Dallas so far this year....I was beyond disappointed. I was very upset that I got screwed because the company that I had to go with KNEW I was desperate and charged me more because I had NO CHOICE. I would NOT recommend this company and I would NOT agree that they are a Christian company as they did NOTHING to help me as a good Christian would do.

Power House Moving Concepts did an incredible job moving our office in Hall Park to a different building. The guys were incredibly friendly and helpful. Their work was fantastic! Anytime I had to contact them, I received fast responses. They were very accommodating to our needs. We actually hired them 2 separate times in October 2018, the first for our commercial office move and the second time to move couches and chairs to a different building for us. They did a fantastic job and we will definitely be using them again in the future!
