Powerhouse Moving Inc, Blue Springs MO

Warning! I had a HORRIBLE experience with Power house moving. I just paid over $600 for 3 hours of work. The fees that were explained to me did not match up to my bill. Actually over a $100 more! The help was unprofessional, and even had the nerve to ask for a tip. The bill had “Tip” circled in red a couple of times! When addressing the bill with them, the customer service was terrible. The guy was condescending, rude, and alluded that I was trying to take advantage of him! I just wanted the fees that were quoted over the phone. So basically I paid $200/hour. Don’t waste your time. I don’t post reviews but wanted to let everyone know what they are like. Horribly disappointed!

I was extremely happy with the service they provided! Sean Jr., Larry & Zakk are 3 of the hardest working guys I've seen in a long time! They were extremely professional & very courteous. Got the entire household moved in 3 1/2 hours! Would definitely hire them again.

After moving back to MO, we had some furniture pieces that needed to be moved and relocated. These fellows were awesome. Prompt. Respectful. Efficient. So much so, that we are contacting them again. I would reccommend them to anyone and do so knowing they would complete the job and make the client happy. I have no qualms giving them 5 stars!
