I have moved a lot and have some good experiences and some horrible experiences with moving companies and Pratt M & S is by far the best company hands down that I have dealt with. From the first phone call to the end, they were friendly and helpful. The four men who loaded and unloaded where so enjoyable to be around and were very careful of my belongings and they had to load a storage unit and were so careful and thoughtful in how they stored things for me. I would and will absolutely use them again. kat web

girl at the front desk was no help! Told me they do not book reservations, and that they would just call me if they had time, what kind of business does that? If I'm moving wouldn't I need to know if they are coming or not?

very friendly, great OA/DA services, someone even answers the phone lines here too! my home office doesn't even do that...
