Precision Moving and Storage recently moved my daughter and family. She highly recommended this moving service. The staff of Precision, from the initial consult with Jessie in the office, to the staff who did the move was smooth and straightforward. Precision follows up to check on an appointment. The folk who did the actual heavy lifting; Jesus, Arturo, Elery and Alex were punctual, professional and courteous and the knew their job! They took very good care of my belongings. I highly recommend this company.

I had to rush a move since my apartment got flooded and was deemed unlivable. I called Precision Moving with less than a week from my move-in day. Although they were fully booked on a Saturday, they had no issues coming on Sunday. I worked in the moving industry before so I know a little bit about moving and I've heard about all the nightmare scenarios. Day before move: got a reminder call which was very professional and appreciated. They told me they will call again 30 mins before arrival. Confirmed that I'm ready. Day of Move: my schedule was 8am to 11am. 7:30am on the dot, I got the call from Jose L. that they were on their way with ETA 7:50am, 10mins earlier than pick up. I'm so glad they came on time, even early! I was almost anticipating they will be late. Everything from packing, loading, driving, unloading, and setting up items went PERFECT. Again, I worked in moving before so I know what a really bad move is from a really great move experience. JOSE and OSCAR are top notch. Efficient, fast, but very careful, polite and friendly. I definitely recommend them for anyone looking for an easy, stress-free move. Gracias Jose and Oscar!

Update: When the folks at Precision Moving & Storage read my four-star review, they decided that four stars wasn't good enough and called to find out what they could do to remedy that one missing star. As a result, they sent a crew back to my house. The crew spent time reassembling a recliner that hadn't been put back together the first time, and they really went above and beyond putting an outdoor basketball pole/hoop back together, which I could never have done by myself. These guys showed that they truly cared about customer satisfaction. So even though my initial move wasn't 100% perfect, I'm happy to give Precision five stars because they followed up and wanted to make everything right. I'd use them for future moves without hesitation!

Precision Moving did a great job with my move today. David and Jason were quick and handled my belongings with care. They were upfront about charges and very helpful. Highly recommend- I would definitely use again!
