I get the pleasure to work with the company often. We are another agent within the Wheaton/Bekins network. The long term staff at Preferred knows the business very well, takes great care of its customers and is a drivers choice to work with. Unfortunately a couple reviews below are diminishing their stellar reputation within the industry.

Very good group of guys were very polite and eager to work

I have just finished the worst move of my life this week . Wheaton was subcontracted to unload my container from overseas . Communication was poor, the team showed up 4 hours late and only worked til4:30 the first day with 4 guys. The second day they quit at 3:30 and did not want to come back and finish on Saturday morning. No one on the team could assemble a bed so our children slept on the floor until my wife assembled the beds herself. Do not go near this company!! Abu Dhabi to Nashville 8-6-2016
