Arrive 45 minutes late for initial pick-up. Had to return back to their office for more equipment despite being provided information prior to move about stairs at drop off location. When I called to discuss the untimeliness and unpreparedness of their services the receptionist and operations manager both spoke extremely rudely to me. I will never use this company again.

This was a wonderful company to work with. Their online quote estimator was useful to get the discussion of moving started. We were immediately contacted by a moving consultant who gave us information and made a meeting time to visit our home to double check what we had and make sure the estimate was correct. He was a lovely person who took the time to explain things to us. On moving day, everything went wonderfully as well. They took care of all of our things, loading and unloading. They even took the time to point out some minimal damage on a bookshelf that could easily be fixed with glue (it’s a $25 bookshelf from target). They were lovely gentlemen that communicated their plans and were overall friendly people. I’ve never hired a professional moving company before and I couldn’t have chosen a better company to work with. I appreciate all the work Premier moving storage did from start to finish.

We just used Premier for an across state move (Columbia to St. Louis). My wife and I found the company to be excellent from start to finish. From Allan's in home estimate to Stella and the office crew's administrative help, all the way to the wonderful work of all the packers, loaders, and unloaders we were thoroughly pleased. They were professional, courteous, and very skilled. Special shout outs to Tal, Jason, Jay, Kilo, Dennis, Russell, Joe and everyone else associated with our move. Highly recommended!!!
