Premium Moving Service

I worked for that man showed me at the beginning he was a man of his word and then has checks bouncing so we don’t get paid been waiting on a check for over two weeks every bank I went too got denied and I had to meet up with two other non movers to help them with a trip down to Florida because a foreman of his named Chris robbed him of a customers payment to the company this company is all messed up and to be honest I believe everyone should take their business else where freedom of speech don’t waste your time with even calling the company you would be speaking to either Hector or his wife yessenia what a joke

If I could give this sad excuse of a business a 0 star.... I would! It took well over a month to get my mother's belongings. We were told 5 days at the beginning...then every week we were told "it will be next week". John the sales person is the rudest person I've ever encountered in the customer service field. Very loud & likes to hang up on you in mid sentence to answer other calls. No one ever answers the phone or returns calls. I even reached out to the owner to try and express my dis pleasure & he didn't even had the integrity to call or email me back. *SAVE YOUR TIME & MONEY* DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!

Do not use this moving service. They have no guarantee on when they will deliver and use any excuse. I did not get my stuff until well over a month after they picked it up. There was so customer service, no communication, no apology and no good faith attempt to get my stuff to me fast. I was living out of a suitcase for over a month. If you care about your possessions, do not use Premium Moving Service.
