When I booked them, it seemed like a small time outfit but Chester operated more smoothly than any big mover I've used! He immediately followed up, used DocuSign to make sure agreements + pricing were clear, and took every possible care with my belongings. Chester & Andy stayed on task and were very polite at every interaction. When we got to the storage unit we were moving to, I had some specific ideas on how I wanted things (for accessibility) and they worked with me at every turn. I have used at least 4 other movers in the past and the only one I would pass on to a friend is Premium!

Rodney and his crew did a great job today. They were fast, efficient, and organized. They were able to complete my move in less time than expected without damaging a thing. Five Stars!

Great experience all around - arrived on time, stayed late when we needed them to. Not all moving companies are made alike - these guys protect woodwork and doorways with blankets, wrap antique items in blankets and plastic wrap - all for our move 10 minutes away. They're legit premium, plus they're nice. Go with these guys, I've used them twice.
