Overall a decent experience. My packers, unpackers, and truck driver were wonderful for communication and getting everything done. My biggest concern was with our initial consult with Kory. It was a wonderful meeting that instilled confidence in his abilities. That was the end of my trust with him. He did not follow up appropriately and even after trying to address the issue, it didn't resolve. Felt as if we weren't important enough to warrant a response in an appropriate time.
