They helped us with both local and out of state moving and have been professional, competent, and incredibly supportive for each of our moves. Henry and staff are kind, prompt, and most personable. This company was chosen by me over several other companies to move my son back to Georgia from California. The price was reasonable until the driver of the truck decided he could not come into our huge neighborhood that has moving vans come in it all the time. This cost me an additional $350! Just on the opinion of this driver that was nothing more than a Cali dude with crock sandals on with no intention of ever exerting himself in any way. He was afraid of our little dog right off the bat and hid himself on the stairs until we moved this small dog. Then he proceeded to make me pay in full in cash before we could even take a look at the condition of our stuff. He then planted himself in the truck they rented to get into the neighborhood, ridiculous and a rip off", and proceeded to check off the boxes while this hard working other guy did all the hauling of the boxes into our front door and straight into a room. No moving it upstairs or anything. This "driver" as he told me he was "the driver", was rude, arrogant, weird as all get out, almost like he was stoned.., he told me if I had ideas of how they should be handling getting the boxes inside, that I could work for the company and make suggestions then. This cost me $1800 to get 15 boxes and some misc. from California since July 24! They were supposed to deliver it starting August 12, but we got it yesterday on August 30. Horrible experience, would never recommend them, the home office personnel were not accommodating at all and frankly sarcastic. They did reduce the truck they rented to bring the boxes into the neighborhood by $50. I did tip the driver but I tipped the hard working guy that literally did everything, a lot more. My son has been beyond stressed out with all the uncertainty of when they would get here and they also told us 4 different times yesterday causing us to wait 10 hours between 9 AM proposed start time and got here at 7:30 PM. So all day was wasted on waiting on them. Clearly "the driver" made all the decisions and overcharged other customers as well choosing to go into their homes the long way so that he could charge the extra $75 for steps he didn't want to take. They did not heed "Fragile" as anything of importance on any box marked this way. Things are broken and damaged. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

We recently used Presto Logistics for our move from Los Angeles to Houston. The process was seamless from start to finish. Daniel Navarro was readily available and provided us with an over the phone quote estimate. He then set up our in home estimate with manager, Henry Vogel. Henry was on time, professional, and knowledgeable. On moving day, staff was hardworking , handled and packed items with care and precision. I would highly recommend Presto Logistics for any moving and packing needs. Excellent overall experience!!

This is the second time ive used Presto, this time moving back to California. The experience was similar, Henry is still with the company all these years later so that made it nice to work with the same person. I got a quote which seemed fair and the guys who handled my stuff were excellent thru and thru. I have recommended Presto in the past and for good reason. Thank you again!

Got an estimate from Danny I told him the only big items we are taking we're a motorcycle and a smaller dresser. After calling back and saying we wanted to go with them they decided to raise the total. I talked to the manager and she was very nice trying to figure it out. After calling me back she told me Danny claimed I never told him about the motorcycle (which I did). After the manager called me back once again danny then claimed he didn't speak with me. Very untrustworthy company I wouldn't recommend giving them one cent.
