Presto Logistics

I recently used Presto Logistics to move from So. California to Colorado. I did my homework and got 3 estimates. Presto was the only one that sent out a sales manager to give me a quote. The quote was in the middle of the others and I liked that he had inventoried everything. They worked with me on the closing date of my home and the pick up was amazing. They handled my things with care and packed them into the truck and I was really pleased. Presto held my things in storage as they promised until I found my new home in Colorado. Once I had a date they worked with me as promised within the time frame for delivery. It was once my items were received that the nightmare starts. I had told Henry in my initial quote that these were family antiques and I needed them to be handled with care. I was promised they would be. Well somewhere between the time they left my home in Calif. and arrived in Colorado they were abused. Everyone of them has at least a good size scratch. My Armoire came with the top piece in pieces and a large piece of sculpting on the bottom just missing. The top of my Piano is cracked in several places. They lost the connecting pieces of my dinning table and they were unable to resemble so left it like that. Lost my Secretary desk, found it and brought it a week later with a missing leg. I could go on but you get the picture. That doesn't even include my floor lamp that came in 2 pieces and all the boxes of breakables that were broken. They don't know the words "FRAGILE". They have not taken any effort to compensate me for this heartache but referred me to their insurance company that wants weight of each item! Really do any of you have a scale I can borrow! After taking a day to fill out their required paper work they have 120 days to make a discussion on what they will do for me. I hope no one ever has to go through a move like this it was horrible.

Great service they gave to me and my family. Eddie helped me get the estimate scheduled, I took 2 weeks to commit but he was so patient with me. Henry came and gave me a price and I needed storage for a few months and he really worked with me to make the deal work. Great job all around!

What an amazing service Presto has provided. I took the time to interview 4 companies to move my belongings from LA to Seattle and I ultimately chose Presto. The guys that came out to move my stuff were lightning quick which scared me because I thought it was too fast to be safe. But in the end there was only one or two minor damages which I was able to deal with Henry on and he took care of it. Great job Presto
